Panela aroma tour

This experiential learning will allow you to participate in the process of making panela with the community, from transporting the cane in burritos or mules, grinding in the trapiche either motor or craft,

to obtain the guarapo, “glimpse” the fire so that the "Pailas" warm up and cook the guarapo,

in the end you will learn how panela is traditionally wrapped,

forming the "wawas" that are ready for sale. * Days of operation Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
